W2SB #9: To Every Thing There Is a Season

Hi, everyone.

I love the inspiration for this month's Words 2 Scrap By challenge. There are so many ways to go with this challenge. For my card, I used a 4-season interpretation to commemorate a life-change event.

Those of us in the There's Always the Other Side Stampin' Up! stamp club learned that our wonderful demonstrator (and fellow W2SB I-Teamer) is moving to Colorado. While we are thrilled for Bernadette, we are very sad for us. Thanks, Bernadette for everything. We miss you already.  :(

Distress Ink core paper; Core'dinations and Recollections white cardstock
Stampin' Up! owl punch, with lots of Pinterest inspiration
SU/Sizzix embossing folder
computer-generated text (Andy font?)
American Crafts trimmer for wavy strips
adhesives: Tombow foam squares, Glossy Accents

Did you happen to notice this month's AWESOME prize: A Tim Holtz assemblage clock, like the one shown at the right. But, the W2SB prize was autographed by Tim Holtz at the Simon Says CREATE event in May!  :)

Hope you join us for this month's challenge. And, as always, thanks for stopping and happy scrappin'!
